The most romantic day of my life.

Like many of you, I can struggle with the idea of Valentine’s Day. A day where single’s can feel left out and those who are attached feel the need to “romance” the crap out of each other. Rather than giving up on the day all together, I use it as the perfect opportunity to be grateful for the relationships in my life. I spend one night with my husband and one night with the girls….now dubbed Galentine’s Day. (Inspired by the TV show Parks and Rec)
To all the single ladies out there, don’t feel like Valentines Day isn’t for you. I have spent many many Valentine’s Days as a single gal. A date night with one of your gal pals is the best! Some of my most romantic moments have been with my girls. My girls have been my dates on New Years Eve, my late night gab session companions, my Birthday party planners, and have traveled with me to places like New York, France, and Thailand.
